Great to meet you!

Namaste. I am a Social Justice oriented & LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist committed to anti-racist principles and practices. I earned my MS in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University in 2003. I have been dedicated to providing counseling services accessible to all clients for over 20 years with a focus on treating trauma. I started my career providing counseling services to marginalized communities in Atlanta where I grew up and my education began on the importance of social justice.

My approach to therapy

I look forward to partnering with you to provide integrative, inclusive and culturally responsive therapy. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and I am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

My practice integrates complementary modalities and therapy techniques, including, mindfulness-based and cognitive-behavioral, offering a highly personalized and trauma informed approach attuning to the needs of each client.

What you can expect from me

The strength of the therapeutic relationship is the most important. I am an Emotionally Focused Therapist committed to providing a supportive and affirming space to Everyone.
