Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Amy and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in WI, MI, MO, and IA. I know that life can be incredibly heavy, and having a dedicated partner to help you navigate those challenges can make all the difference.

I entered the field of therapy because I have seen firsthand the profound impact that the right support can have on a person's life. I know that life can be incredibly heavy, and having a dedicated partner to help you navigate those challenges can make all the difference.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is deeply individualized; there is no "one-size-fits-all" model. Whether you are looking for a safe third party to process daily stressors, navigating a major life transition, or managing a long-term mental health challenge, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are.

In 2024, I transitioned into private practice. My goal was simple: to provide high-quality care without the encumbrances and "red tape" of the larger healthcare system, allowing me to focus entirely on what matters most—my clients.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect in our sessions

  • A Collaborative Partnership: You are the expert of your own life. We work together to find the path that feels right for you.
  • A Safe, Non-Judgmental Space: I provide a steady hand and a listening ear, ensuring you feel comfortable sharing your most honest thoughts and feelings.
  • Authenticity (and a bit of Humor): While we do deep work, I believe there is always room for a little humor and sarcasm in the mix. Healing doesn't always have to be somber.

Whether you are struggling with substance use, mental health hurdles, or the weight of a dual diagnosis, I am here to help you foster growth and resilience.
