Great to meet you!

Each of us go through events, circumstances and times when our capacity to effectively cope is challenged. This is inherently linked to growth and transformation. Attempting to change others does not work. As a gentle, intuitive and focused guide, I offer integrative approaches to support the journey towards greater wholeness and a heart-centered life.

My approach to therapy

Often there is an opportunity that exists within and around a crisis event or transition. Curiosity without judgement will generate movement and lead to next steps. I often work with people who are experiencing relationship issues, problems from recent or past trauma and related, overwhelming distress. It is possible to break family patterns and cycles. I tend to work with others who are actively searching and contemplating a new path and need different skills, tools, and find the insight necessary to mend, transcend, and change their personal and family cycles that lack belonging, acceptance and emotional safety.

What you can expect from me

We can learn from habitual patterns of pushing and working through, eating, drinking, and numbing. When we can turn our hearts towards under-resourced parts, unbelievable shifts occur. Reaching out and asking for help can make us feel vulnerable. Admitting that the ways in which our attempts at hiding pain do not work is an act of courage and sign of hope.
