Great to meet you!

I have had the privilege of supporting clients from diverse backgrounds with particular expertise in working with college students (undergraduate and graduate), young professionals, parents with children, and adult adoptees. Additionally, I have 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples struggling with infertility or navigating adoption options. Before direct counseling, I worked in non-profit and secondary/higher education.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic view of therapy, accessing somatic, mindfulness, and talk therapy strategies. I meet clients where they are on their growth journey and view them as the experts on their own experience. Our work would be a collaboration that encourages and welcomes feedback and transparency.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients will learn more flexible thinking and ways to live effectively when challenging emotions are present. They will walk away with a toolbox of strategies that can be used immediately to mitigate unhelpful thinking styles, uncomfortable physical symptoms, and unwanted behaviors associated with anxiety or depression.
