I am so glad you are here! I have been in the counseling field for nearly 30 years. My specialty for most of my career has been eating disorders. While I have expertise with eating disorders as a certified eating disorder expert, I also have expertise in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. I enjoy working with all ages and also with couples and families along with children and adolescents.

I am very committed to meeting my clients where they are at and working together to build support and resilience. My approach is very client centered and embrace CBT/DBT approaches
