Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel daunting. Congrats on starting your process, and I’m here to make sure that it is meaningful to you. I bring a personal, passionate approach shaped by my own experiences and a deep interest in mental and emotional health. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence. I am certified in working with anxiety disorders, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD or ADHD), depression, personality disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

I help by using psychoeducation, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and grounding exercises. In our first few sessions, you can expect to set up goals and a framework for us to work in and provide you with tools to offer some relief immediately.

What you can expect from me

My practice is unique because I want to be your ally as you tackle hard issues and like to utilize humor when appropriate, as well as be plain speaking and direct. I bring a personal, passionate approach shaped by my own experiences and a deep interest in mental and emotional health.
