I want to understand what is important to you, and help you to find a balance. I work to find solutions to reduce anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolar disorder. and substance use disorders. Treatment is individualized and solution focused for you to perform your best.
On the first visit we will work in a space of support and collaboration. I can help you get started on moving towards better mental health. We will work to identify treatment goals and get you headed in the right direction.
