Great to meet you!

I'm glad you are here. Reaching out for psychiatric support is an important step. I primarily work with adults struggling internally with anxiety, burnout, or emotional instability. I provide thoughtful, medically grounded treatment in a supportive, respectful environment. My goal is to help you regain clarity, emotional stability, and confidence in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is medically grounded, collaborative, and whole-person focused. I believe mental health is not separate from the body. Sleep quality, hormones, medical conditions, and lifestyle patterns all influence mood, cognition, and emotional regulation.

I conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-based medication management when appropriate. I believe patients should understand the rationale behind every recommendation and feel actively involved in their treatment plan. Care is structured, individualized, and focused on measurable improvement in functioning- not just temporary relief.

What you can expect from me

The first session is thorough and structured. We will review your current concerns, psychiatric history, medical background. lifestyle factors, and goals for treatment. I ask detailed questions to ensure diagnostic accuracy and to understand the full context of your symptoms. By the end of the session, we will discuss treatment options and the next steps so that you leave with clarity and a clear plan moving forward.
