Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, transitions, and relationships. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, identity, women’s issues, maternal mental health, and other concerns that can impact your sense of well-being and connection.

I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative and supportive space where you can be open, curious, and genuinely yourself. My approach is compassionate, inquisitive, and participatory, and I take the time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, relationships, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences that may be affecting your life while building practical tools to help you move toward the changes you want to make. I strive to create an open-minded, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your background and experiences, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

You can expect a welcoming, conversational environment where you’ll have space to ask questions and share what feels comfortable. We’ll work together to identify your goals and begin developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out before starting—we can take that first step together.
