I am a single women with two grown beautiful daughters. I am a cat lady with two adorable cats who greet me at the door and sleep with me at night. I have been a therapist for many years and thoroughly enjoy getting to know people and witness their growth over time.
I am a compassionate listener. At the same time, I don't sit around and nod my head. I am also an active participant as you, the client, share your story and your struggles. Together we uncover the hidden, often uninvited, messages circulating in your head. I offer a safe and warm approach as you, the client, learn to understand yourself, and your relationships, better.
In the first session we will go over what brings you to counseling. We will go over history, past and present, as we create a plan for future sessions.
