Great to meet you!

With over 40 years of experience in the mental health field and two Master’s degrees, I bring both depth of knowledge and real-world wisdom to my work. I have supported individuals through life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and personal growth.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm presence, practical guidance, and ability to truly listen without judgment. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other techniques that help clients build insight, resilience, and practical coping skills.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. You’ll have space to share what brings you to therapy, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences and goals.

We’ll begin identifying what you’d like to gain from therapy and outline a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. Most importantly, you can expect a warm, respectful, and open-minded environment where you can speak freely and feel supported from the very beginning.
