Great to meet you!

I believe the best mental health care starts with feeling heard. My approach is warm, collaborative, and judgment-free, and I take time to understand you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. Whether you’re struggling with ADHD, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed, we’ll work together to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals. When medication is appropriate, I believe in a thoughtful “low and slow” approach, using the lowest effective dose while carefully monitoring your response.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, individualized, and evidence-based. I take time to understand your symptoms, experiences, and goals before developing a treatment plan together. I believe in thoughtful medication management and a “low and slow” approach, using the lowest effective dose whenever possible. I also incorporate education, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to help you better understand and manage ADHD, anxiety, depression, and everyday stressors. My goal is for you to feel comfortable asking questions and actively involved in decisions about your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what brings you to care. We’ll talk about your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and what you hope to accomplish with treatment. Together, we’ll develop a plan that may include medication, practical strategies, and lifestyle recommendations. I encourage questions and want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps.
