Great to meet you!

I'm a professional licensed nurse practitioner certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center with additional training in functional medicine and holistic health care.

My professional experience includes: As a nurse I have worked in multiple areas of the hospital including Labor & Delivery, ER, and the pediatric and neonatal transport teams. As a nurse practitioner I have worked in palliative care and have specialized in treating chronic pain, chronic fatigue, and brain fog.

My approach to therapy

My style of practice can be traditional (prescribing up to date psychiatric medications) or alternative medicine (natural treatments including but not limited to vitamins, supplements, lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise and stress management). I also believe in the mind/body/spiritual connection, and we are made up as a whole person and not a series of parts, just as Hippocrates "The Father of Medicine."

What you can expect from me

My strengths include being passionate, hard working, and determination to help other reach their health goals.
