Great to meet you!

Reaching out to a total stranger to discuss your inner-most thoughts and feelings can feel overwhelming and scary. Choosing to take this step means you are open to the possibility of making positive changes in your life. No matter what you are experiencing, my goal is to help you along this journey. I am here to offer emotional support to help you develop the tools to manage life's challenges. My focus in therapy is to help you discover the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm and accepting space for each client who walks through my door. I want clients to feel safe, understood, and comfortable in exploring and discussing difficult issues. I have 6 years of experience and use Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Motivational therapy and Trauma focused therapy. Recently, I became EMDR Informed. I believe every individual is resilient and strong.

What you can expect from me

Every human has strengths that help them achieve success and overcome their failures. I take a conversational approach to meet each client where they are and build rapport through each interaction. Call me today for a free 15-minute consultation to figure out if we are a good fit for each other. I look forward to our journey together.
