Great to meet you!

Growing up is hard work, whether you are a toddler, teenager or an adult. The stressors of daily life can be overwhelming at times. If you have come here for relief and guidance, then I commend you. I have over 30 yrs of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, couples and families in need. I am skilled at connecting with people of all ages and know how to build rapport quickly. Together we will find solutions that will help restore peace in your home and joy in your heart.

My approach to therapy

I'd describe myself as genuine, supportive and direct. I approach therapy from a strengths based perspective and consider myself solution oriented. I believe that if you can change your negative thinking patterns, you can change your life. I'll always be honest with you and do my best to support you in achieving your goals. In therapy, you'll learn how to communicate so others can actually hear you and you'll learn coping skills to assist you in staying calm even in challenging situations.

What you can expect from me

It can be very humbling to ask for help, but it takes a wise person to know when they need it. If you're ready to do the work, then I'm ready to bring a shovel.

"Everything is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You get to choose." (Wayne Dyer). I look forward to supporting you on your journey in finding your missing peace.
