Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor, perpetually curious about your stories and perspectives. I specialize in treating individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, and have a history of relational trauma. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, body positive, trauma sensitive, culturally sensitive, sex-positive, and mindful of neurodivergencies and abilities.

My approach to therapy

I don’t operate with a “one size-fits all” approach to therapy. I am an analytical thinker, but I focus on building trust and safety in my clinical relationships so we can dig deep into the feelings that drive you.

I believe growth can occur gradually and gently, and all-the-more powerfully when you can talk freely about your past and present experiences. I don’t rush things; I will not short-change you with ineffective “quick fixes.” I’ll meet you where you are, without judgement or agenda.

What you can expect from me

I'm committed to helping clients understand their history and family conditioning. This knowledge can help you develop greater life balance, an ability to hold stronger boundaries, and gain a deeper sense of worth and lovability. Clients move forward with more choice and control in how they connect with others, behave, and manage stressful situations.
