Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, grounded, and holistic, focusing on helping clients better understand themselves, their patterns, and the experiences that may be contributing to emotional distress or feeling stuck.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and parts-based work, while also integrating an understanding of nervous system regulation and relational dynamics.

Clients often appreciate that I am thoughtful, direct, and able to help them see connections and patterns clearly while creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and active approach to therapy. I believe meaningful change happens when clients are willing to participate in the healing process, develop greater self-awareness, and begin practicing new ways of relating to themselves and others.

My work is systems-based and trauma-informed, meaning I look at how thoughts, emotions, body responses, relationships, and past experiences interact and influence one another. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help clients understand underlying patterns and identify practical, sustainable ways to move forward.

I integrate approaches such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and parts-based work depending on each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can begin sharing their experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for them. My goal during the first session is to help clients feel safe, understood, and grounded while also gaining a clearer understanding of what brings them to therapy and what they hope to work toward.

We will discuss current concerns, relevant background information, patterns that may be contributing to distress, and goals for therapy. Clients do not need to “have everything figured out” before starting therapy. The first session is simply a starting point for building clarity, connection, and a collaborative plan moving forward.
