Great to meet you!

As a young adult, I struggled to find my purpose. It was through advocacy work, where I realized that I wanted to be a Social Worker, and later graduated from Fordham University. My experience includes direct practice, administrative, supervisory, and management roles. I have worked with various populations, including students, adults with co-occurring disorders, and families.

My approach to therapy

The main approach I utilize is a client-centered approach, understanding what is happening and how the counseling relationship can help. I also use a variety of approaches, including but not limited to, holistic therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, strengths based perspective, empowerment therapy and mindfulness practices.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you develop into the best version of yourself and reach your goals/dreams. You will gain strategies to assist in the process to use during the sessions, but also after sessions have ended.
