Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what you’re going through. My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you develop real tools that improve your daily life. I value authenticity, open communication, and meeting clients where they are. My goal is to help you feel understood while supporting you in gaining insight, building confidence, and creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, goal-oriented, and solution-focused. I work with clients to identify their personal goals and develop practical strategies to achieve them. I emphasize building skills and self-awareness, and I provide homework or exercises if clients want to reinforce what we work on in session.

I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Crisis Intervention. I specialize in supporting clients with anxiety, stress management, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and life transitions. My style is supportive, structured, and empowering, helping clients make meaningful, lasting progress at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll identify your goals and start exploring practical strategies to help you move forward.

You can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where your thoughts and feelings are heard and respected. I aim to make the first session comfortable, collaborative, and informative, so you leave with a clear sense of the process and next steps.
