Great to meet you!

I am a down to earth, LPC who offers an eclectic approach to healing the mind-body and soul. I earned a master's in art degree in Marriage and Family Counseling in 2018 and a master's in art Licensed Professional Counseling degree in 2021 from Liberty University. I have worked for a nonprofit organization since 2020, where I have worked under a Breaking Barriers grant. I currently work with the MBPD, where I ride along with an officer and respond to crisis intervention calls. I am also currently working on obtaining my license to be a counselor supervisor.

My approach to therapy

I work with all populations dealing with a vast array of life difficulties. I have a certification in Addictions and have over 20 years of experience working with individuals who are recovering from alcohol and drug misuse, including a lead drug and alcohol group counselor in a sober living environment. I am also skilled in working with adolescents, teens and adults who have experienced childhood trauma.

What you can expect from me

I set a very relaxed environment with my clients and want them to feel like they are at home. I also meet my clients where they are. So, if you are a client who struggles just getting out of the bed and attending counseling, or if you are someone who knows exactly what goals you want for yourself, we will work well together.
