Great to meet you!

Hi! If you are struggling with life, I'd love to help you feel better faster. I have 26 years experience and a commitment to share a variety of practices that are helpful and tailored to what you need. Even one session can help you find a path to creating the change you want.

My approach to therapy

I meet you where you are to learn what is most challenging for you now. Many people I work with are sensitive and even empathic, and I share how to care for yourself before we dive into deeper issues. I've been trained in many practices - CBT, mindfulness, creativity, expressive art therapy, natural mindfulness, yoga, reiki, emotional freedom technique and more. I love new information that could help you feel better faster!

What you can expect from me

I love to learn what is stressing you most now. Often very stressful things are related to past wounds - even childhood. We safely explore this to help you make progress in harmonious ways. It is very important for you to feel safe, and I always work to help you feel that. You'll always receive homework if you want too! Life between sessions is important and having a plan can really help you find progress.
