Offer diverse service delivery (in-home, at your work, in the community in the Charlotte area and virtual) to meet you "where you are"- especially relevant for people with mobility, transportation, housing, or time constraints.

Each session is designed to restore belonging, renew balance, and guide every person toward harmony.

We will go over rights and responsibilities, expectations, and discuss goals would like to achieve via therapy during first session.
