Great to meet you!
For more than 30 years as a psychologist and executive coach, I have helped parents, business professionals, and organizational leaders navigate their unique pressures and challenges with calm, clarity, and confidence. My background in corporate communications deepens my understanding of workplace dynamics, enhancing the ways I support clients facing stress and overwhelm in both work and life.
As a therapist and coach, I specialize in helping people recognize and release patterns that keep them feeling stuck, so they can tap into unique strengths and move forward intentionally and with greater ease. In today’s world of constant distraction, I am passionate about guiding clients to reconnect with their inner clarity and authority, allowing them to succeed in ways that truly reflect their own values and goals. I am especially skilled at helping people reduce overwhelm and focus on their personal essentials for productivity and happiness.
My advanced training includes a doctorate from Adler University and certification from the College of Executive Coaching. I have authored two books—Life Your Way: Refresh Your Approach to Success and Breathe Easier in a Fast-paced World and Lawyer Like an Athlete: Up Your Game at Work and in Life—and often share insights on Maine Public Radio’s Maine Calling. My work has appeared in publications ranging from Maine Bar Journal to Parade Magazine.
