Hello, my name is Ana, and my pronouns are she/her/ella. I am a therapist, a woman, a mother, a teacher, and a student of life. These among others are some, of my Parts. As a Clinical Social Worker in Michigan, I offer customized individual therapy to help facilitate healing through a holistic view, integrating body, mind & spirit. With respect and curiosity, I will honor your identity, validate your thoughts and feelings, and provide you with a safe non-judgemental space to process.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer clinical tools and strategies to help facilitate healing. I am holistic, integrative, and intentional in my treatment approach. I primarily use Internal Family System (IFS) Parts language as a model of the mind along with Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) and Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Strategies, and the teachings of Yoga Mindset Coaching Basic Training.

You can expect to learn and apply the knowledge and wisdom of the body, the vagus nerve, your nervous system, and somatic embodiment and regulation strategies for increased Self awareness, compassion and healing and transformation.
