Great to meet you!

My 20 years plus experience working in the nursing field with adults and children as well as older adults has provided me the experience to deal with many different circumstances including health disparities and mental health issues. It has provided me the opportunity to find effective ways thru psychotherapy, medicaitons and holsitic methods to help those that are not only struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHS and PTSD but also with their overall health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is every person is a clean slate. We start from the beginning and work thru the issues that need to be addressed and solved. I enjoy working as team where we can plan out a treatment and work together to complete.

What you can expect from our first session

They can take away steps that include not only a holistic approach but also an approach where we can be open to try different modalities that can help us reach our goal.
