A bit about my approach to therapy

My main theoretical orientation in therapy is holistic which includes a variety of systemic and relational models with a strong emphasis on Solution Focus Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Emotional Focus Therapy, and Gottman Couples Therapy.
