My approach is integrated, Person-Centered and trauma-informed grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect.
As a licensed social worker, I use a trauma informed and strengths based approach, recognizing how life experiences, relationships, and systems shape our well being. I work with individuals navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
