Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Lesquives, a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, chronic health concerns, and major life transitions. I strive to create a warm and supportive space where clients feel understood while also feeling empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My style is collaborative, genuine, and solution-focused, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for long-term growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, active, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy should not only feel supportive, but also help clients create meaningful and realistic change. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, and health psychology principles to help clients better manage anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and the impact of health-related concerns on daily life. I also value gently challenging unhelpful patterns when appropriate, while ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope will be different. I aim to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space while also helping us begin to identify patterns, strengths, and practical goals for treatment. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting; we will work together to clarify what support would feel most helpful and meaningful for you.
