Great to meet you!

"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."

Carl Jung.

Welcome and thank you for checking my profile. I am a first-generation college graduate, bilingual and offering sessions in both English and Portuguese, neurodivergent, and lived-experience-informed therapist with an extensive background working with people from all walks of life.

I earned my BA in Social Work in Brazil (UFF / Rio de Janeiro) and my Master of Social Work (MSW) at East Tennessee State University. Both of my internship placements (undergraduate and graduate) were completed in Psychiatric Emergencies. Throughout my career, I have supported clients across outpatient, inpatient, State hospital, crisis management, and school-based settings.

My approach to therapy

Together, we will navigate each session based on what you need and your comfort level, using practical, effective steps to help you reach your goals.
