Great to meet you!

Hi there! Welcome to the personalized therapy services that you've been searching for. My name is Anah and I am a dedicated licensed clinical social worker. This means that my educational background has inspired me to provide services that address the overall wellbeing of clients including biological, social, mental, systemic, and spiritual factors contributing to a client's circumstances. I specialize in working with women of various ages. Navigating womanhood, as early as teen years, can feel overwhelming at times. Between academics, relationships, family pressures, identity development and life transitions, it’s easy to feel misunderstood, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. As a fully licensed clinical social worker, my goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and empowering space where women can feel safe being themselves while learning healthy ways to cope, grow, and heal through the integration of evidenced based therapy and practical faith-based biblical principles that holistically address mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will work to build confidence, improve emotional well-being, process complex trauma, manage stress, and strengthen relationships. I believe therapy is a partnership with clients where we get a chance to explore strengths, skills, and resources as a team to thrive, not just survive mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health includes a holistic approach (mind, body, and spirit) starting with the importance of building a therapeutic relationship first. I have special interest in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress, adjustment and transition issues, identity exploration, emotional dysregulation, issues of attachment, level one autism and victimization of narcissistic abuse.

What you can expect from me

For me, providing therapy is more than a career but a calling that I have sought to answer since my own adolescence. It is a privilege to be invited into the most intricate parts of an individual's life. Clients are encouraged to show up as their authentic selves as we embark on the journey of soul work. I offer some evening and weekend appointments to help accommodate all schedules.
