Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Anastasia Arauz—a therapist and coach who’s passionate about helping women reconnect with their strength, clarity, and joy.

Whether you're navigating the challenges of motherhood, career, relationships, or personal growth, I create a space where you can be seen, heard, and supported.

My approach blends gentle self-awareness, nervous system support, and practical mindset tools to help you release overwhelm, reconnect with your values, and step into the version of yourself you’ve been craving to become.

You don’t have to do it all alone—and you’re not broken. You’re growing. Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want to lead.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, strengths-based, and relational approach to therapy—centered on building trust, safety, and connection. It is rooted in compassion, awareness of the nervous system, and practical mindset shifts.

I help women move through overwhelm, release old patterns, and reconnect with their most authentic, empowered selves—without judgment and at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

My sessions are collaborative and compassionate. I integrate mind/body techniques, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and evidence-based strategies to support emotional healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can apply immediately. Each session is designed to bring more clarity, calm, and confidence.
