Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor and the owner of Clayworks Counseling in Banks, Oregon. My undergraduate studies in Speech and Hearing Sciences laid the foundation for my interest in communication, sensory processing, and the ways people make meaning through their bodies. I later earned my graduate degree in Art Therapy, which continues to shape my experiential, creative, and relational approach to healing.

My approach to therapy

My work integrates art therapy, IFS, eco‐therapy, and animal‐assisted modalities, offering clients a therapeutic space that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in embodied experience. I believe healing happens through relationship, creativity, and connection with the natural world, and I tailor therapy to each client’s strengths, needs, and ways of processing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we move at your pace. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and not rushed. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, what life feels like for you right now, and what you’re hoping will shift. I ask gentle, collaborative questions to understand your strengths, your history, and the ways you naturally process emotions and experiences.
