Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Andrea Arias and I specialize in working with high-functioning adults and professionals navigating life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma.

I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Maryland and have lived half my life there, the other half in Los Angeles, with my early years in Guatemala. These experiences give me a broad perspective and inform the way I connect with people. Beyond the therapy room, I am also an athlete, and I combine my background in fitness and wellness with my clinical expertise.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative. I draw from EMDR, parts work, psychodynamic therapy, and body-based practices to help clients build deeper self-awareness, heal past wounds, and move forward with clarity.

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels authentic and collaborative. My clients often describe me as warm, direct, and grounded. I meet each client where they are while also challenging them to grow, so therapy becomes both a safe space for reflection and a catalyst for meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens when we connect with ourselves in an honest, compassionate way. In our sessions, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore, process, and grow.

Together, we’ll work toward outcomes like greater clarity, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience. My goal is that you leave sessions feeling more empowered, more aligned with your values, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
