I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) who works with adults seeking individual therapy. I provide teletherapy to those residing in the state of Maryland.

People I work with may be struggling with new life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, etc. Clients from all cultural, gender, sexual, socioeconomic, religious, or spiritual backgrounds are welcome.

I believe it is important to create a compassionate and supportive environment for my clients. My approach in session is warm, open, and never without some humor.

My goal is to help you utilize your already existing strengths and build new skills that will help you feel empowered and able to cope effectively in challenging times.
