Great to meet you!

After growing up in Texas, I moved to the green of Oregon about 30 years ago. I spent my early career working and supervising in nonprofits serving unhoused young adults, including young parents. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2013 and have since focused my attention on perinatal mental health. I have experience as a foster and a biological parent. Whether you're facing the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, or perimenopause, I believe that you deserve someone who is fully focused on supporting you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I want you to feel that you can bring your whole self into our work together—the parts that feel capable and confident, as well as the parts that feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or unlike yourself. There is room for all of it here.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is most helpful when it honors your individual experience, builds on your existing strengths, and helps you better understand yourself. Together, we will explore what you're experiencing, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop practical ways to navigate challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
