Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Sex Therapist Candidate with advanced training in trauma-informed therapy, somatic regulation, and sex therapy. My clinical background includes extensive work with high-functioning clients navigating anxiety, burnout, identity stress, trauma histories, intimacy concerns, and relationship challenges. I integrate evidence-based modalities with body-based and attachment-informed approaches to support deep, sustainable change, not just symptom relief. Clients often describe me as grounded, attuned, and direct, with a strong ability to hold both emotional depth and practical direction. In addition to my education, I bring life experience to the sessions for holistic understanding.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and nervous-system focused, with particular attention to attachment, emotional regulation, and relational patterns. I integrate somatic therapy, attachment-based work, mindfulness, cognitive strategies, and sex-positive frameworks to support insight, embodiment, and behavioral change. Rather than pushing for quick fixes or performance, I prioritize safety, pacing, and self-leadership so progress feels sustainable and integrated. Therapy with me balances compassion with accountability to support both emotional healing and meaningful change in daily life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where we clarify what brings them to therapy and what they hope will shift. We will explore current stressors, relevant history, and nervous system responses without pressure to disclose more than feels safe. I focus on helping clients feel oriented, understood, and supported while collaboratively identifying initial goals and next steps. Many clients leave the first session feeling more regulated, clear, and hopeful.
