Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed with life? Does the never-ending ticker tape of to-do's running through your head leave you feeling physically exhausted and emotionally depleted? Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? Are you struggling as a parent, trying to get it all right but not sure what to do?

I'm Andrea, a combat-deployed veteran, part of an active-duty military family, and a twin mom who's spent years learning how to work with her own ADHD instead of against it. That personal history shapes how I show up with clients: direct, warm, and genuinely curious about what makes you tick. I love problem-solving and getting to the heart of what's really going on so you can feel better, sooner, not months from now. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, depression, trauma, and the everyday overwhelm of trying to hold work, relationships, health, and parenting together at once. If you're a parent trying to get it "right," a couple looking to communicate without the same old fight, or someone whose brain just doesn't work like the productivity blogs assume, I get it, and I can help.

My approach to therapy

I use a whole-person approach - mind, body, and spirit - because anxiety and burnout rarely live in just one place. My style is compassionate but practical: I bring evidence-based techniques and blend them with real empathy, so sessions feel like a safe space to be honest rather than a lecture. With couples, I focus on surfacing the "invisible work" in relationships to rebuild balance, equality, and joy. With individuals, especially those managing ADHD, I help you structure your days and systems around how your brain actually works, not against it.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with a brief introduction, then get right into the specific challenges bringing you to therapy. Together, we'll shape a tailored plan for our follow-up sessions. From session one, you'll leave with a clearer sense of where we're headed and why.
