Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in San Diego, CA. I specialize in helping individuals overcome the lasting effects of childhood experiences, as well as present traumas they may be facing. I have worked with adults, children and families in a variety of settings. I have provided space for people during the toughest of life transitions while teaching them tools to cope with the overwhelming emotions of grief and trauma. I’d like to be there for you too!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is somatic-relational, deeply rooted in body-centered psychotherapies and attachment theories. By integrating attachment and trauma-based techniques, Bioenergetic Analysis, EMDR, and insights from my personal therapy journey, I guide clients in exploring the intricate interplay between mind, body, and spirit. Together, we embark on a journey toward deep healing and self-discovery, uncovering the pathways to profound personal transformation.

What you can expect from me

While I rely on evidence-based approaches for guidance, I prioritize letting you lead the session. Through deep introspection and what therapy terms 'conscious use of self,' I aim to foster a genuine connection between therapist and client. My work has been dedicated to understanding what aids healing, and I'm committed to sharing that knowledge to empower you on your healing journey. By the end of our sessions together, my goal is for you to feel ready to embrace the life that awaits you.
