Hello, I'm Andrea, affectionally called Andie. I have been a mental health provider for more than 20yrs in some capacity. I have worked in multiple treatment settings including inpatient and outpatient, substance abuse, and school setting. I have experience with clients as young as 3 and as old as 70. I am trained in Trauma therapy, brief therapy, and solution focus therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is empowering the individual to believe in their own power to overcome any challenge they may face. I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.
