Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience across a variety of healthcare settings. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus in psychiatric-mental health nursing and completed clinical training across the lifespan. My background has given me a strong understanding of how physical health, life experiences, and emotional well-being can all impact mental health. I value providing thoughtful, individualized care and building trusting relationships with the people I serve.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and individualized. I want clients to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and being actively involved in decisions about their care. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, stress, and other common mental health challenges. I believe treatment works best when we look at the whole person and create a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and better understand what has been going on. We will talk about your current concerns, symptoms, health history, medications, daily functioning, and goals for treatment. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and supported. By the end of the visit, we will identify priorities, discuss treatment options, and create a clear plan for next steps.
