Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinician with lived experience, it is my passion to assist individuals in finding their true self and live free from the emotions that hold you down such as low self worth, depression, and anxiety. I value a warm yet direct approach that meets people where they are at. Therapy is never rushed, in my sessions you are the boss.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique story. I integrate a Christian perspective into the therapeutic process for those who desire it, combining evidence-based practices with spiritual support to nurture healing of the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and move toward the life your led to live.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is all about getting to know you and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll take time to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any questions or concerns you may have. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you can share openly and feel heard.

Our conversation will be person-centered—focused on you, your story, and your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore whether my approach feels like the right fit for you. Finding a therapist who feels like a good match is an important part of the healing process, and I want you to feel confident and supported as we begin this journey.
