
I believe that therapy works best when both the therapist and client bring their expertise to the session. You may be seeking therapeutic support for any number of reasons. You may or may not have a specific goal in mind. Together, we will work to notice thought patterns, expand your toolbox of coping skills, survive adulting, and/or clarify the path you’d like to walk.
I use an anti-oppresive and holistic model to therapy. I support the whole person while holding space for the way that systems impact client's day to day experiences
The goal is for you to have the ability to work with symptoms of trauma, depression, and anxiety, preparing you to lead a more aligned life. More aligned by feeling more connected to yourself, others, and the world.
