Great to meet you!

I’m a seasoned, licensed therapist passionate about guiding adults through life's transitions, helping them navigate relational stress, grief, and emotional challenges with clarity and compassion. My approach is rooted in practical insights, emotional safety, and collaborative problem-solving—never judgment or quick fixes. I believe true healing happens when you feel seen, understood, and supported, rather than relying solely on willpower.

Who I Work With

I partner with adults who are:

Navigating loss, separation, or relationship changes

Facing grief, identity shifts, or rebuilding after upheaval

Managing anxiety, stress, or emotional dysregulation

Ready to develop self-trust, emotional resilience, and momentum

Together, we’ll explore your patterns with curiosity instead of blame, focusing on what genuinely helps you live with greater ease, confidence, and self-respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, strategic, and emotionally attuned — blending insight-oriented therapy with practical support. I guide clients to slow down without losing momentum, gain clarity without self-judgment, and develop sustainable ways of living that honor their health and relationships. This is not crisis-focused therapy. I work best with high-functioning individuals seeking deeper support around stability, direction, and resilience. In my practice, therapy is a space for thoughtful exploration, honest reflection, and lasting clarity — not just quick fixes. Clients often describe my style as calm, insightful, compassionate, and straightforward. I create a non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself, without feeling the need to perform, justify your exhaustion, or minimize your experiences. If you’re navigating leadership, success, or major life changes and want a therapist who understands both your psychological and structural realities, you’ve come to the right place.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about orientation, not interrogation.

You can expect:

  • A supportive, grounded conversation (not a checklist interview)
  • Space to share what brings you in at your own pace
  • Thoughtful questions that help organize your story
  • Clarity about goals, pacing, and fit
  • A sense of whether this feels safe and useful for you
  • A brief overview of how therapy might work for your specific needs

You do not need to:

  • Have perfect language
  • Know exactly what’s wrong
  • Tell your entire life story
  • “Perform” your wellness

We talk. We orient. We begin stabilizing what feels heaviest first.

I offer weekday sessions, limited evenings, and select Sundays to ensure therapy fits into your life without adding pressure.

Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $75 fee.
