Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm glad you're here. Life can feel overwhelming when you're constantly carrying the weight of stress, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggling to stay organized or keep up with daily responsibilities, navigating challenges in your relationships, or trying to make sense of painful past experiences. You don't have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

I'm Andrea, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and more than five years of clinical experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and transitions. I view therapy as a collaborative process, tailoring our work to your unique needs while combining evidence-based strategies with compassion and curiosity. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Client-Centered Therapy to create a space that is tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while building practical skills to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and self-understanding. I offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Christian-integrated therapy is available for those who desire it and is always guided by your values, beliefs, and comfort level.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about building rapport. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and any questions or concerns you have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away, it’s a space to move at your own pace.
