Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a therapist for 8 years and believe that therapy should be both meaningful and practical providing a space to better understand yourself while developing tools that can make a difference in your everyday life. My experience includes working with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the challenges that often come with demanding roles and responsibilities. I have also worked closely with first responders and provide clinical supervision and support to other therapists.

My approach is integrative and tailored to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

Stress management is a particular area of interest in my practice. I enjoy creating guided meditation and mindfulness experiences tailored to what a client is experiencing. I also welcome opportunities to incorporate your interests, strengths, and the things that genuinely matter to you into our work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and goal oriented. I believe therapy should provide space for reflection and understanding, while also helping you recognize meaningful progress in the areas that matter most to you. Together, we will identify clear and realistic goals for therapy and revisit them along the way, making adjustments as your needs change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. There is no expectation to unpack everything at once or explore anything more deeply than you are ready for. Instead, we will take a broad look at where you are right now, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our time together.

By the end of our session, I will share some of my initial thoughts about what I am hearing and where we might begin. From there, we will work together to create meaningful goals and a path forward that feels intentional, manageable, and true to you.
