Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with people that are motivated to address ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and those looking to add to their stress management skills. The world can be a challenging place, however, I can work with you or your loved one to bring out your strengths and add to your skillset. I use evidence based approaches such as ACT, CBT, and Neurotherapy. For those seeking I am happy to offer Christian Counseling as well.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both relational and neuroscience-informed. I integrate evidence-based tools—ACT and Neurotherapy—with compassion and curiosity. I believe in treating the whole person, root causes, not just symptoms. I tailor each session to your unique brain patterns and goals so you feel seen, heard, and supported in real change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a warm, collaborative space to explore what’s bringing you in and what you hope to get out of therapy. We'll discuss your history, current challenges, and begin identifying how your brain and body respond to stress. If you are an in-person client, and it fits your needs, we’ll also consider a qEEG Brain Map to guide your care.
