Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! Seeking therapy takes a lot of courage and finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. I have experience working with adults facing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, severe mental illness, and problems with motivation and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidenced-based techniques with genuine human connection. I focus on helping clients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, improve coping skills, and create realistic steps toward the life they want to live. Whether it's navigating a difficult season of life, managing symptoms of a mental health condition, or simply looking for support and growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you are heard, understood, and respected. In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. We will review current challenges and discuss what you might gain in therapy. It will be about building trust and developing a plan that feels meaningful and achievable.
