Great to meet you!

I've been supporting clients for almost 20 years now to confidently navigate life’s transitions and challenges. Prior to starting my own private practice 15 years ago, I spent several years in a community based clinic providing counseling and crisis care to children and families. I work with clients managing anxiety, ADHD, and OCD-related behaviors, using a collaborative, client-centered approach.

My approach to therapy

I now work with clients managing anxiety, ADHD, and OCD-related behaviors, using a collaborative, client-centered approach. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel understood, validated, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

From our very first session my goal is to build a relationship of trust where you feel comfortable sharing and clarifying your current challenges and roadblocks. Then, together, we'll create goals for your time in therapy and design a roadmap forward.
