Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychotherapist with a background in personal training, I take an integrative approach to care that considers mental, physical, and emotional well-being. My work is grounded in helping clients build stability, resilience, and a greater sense of balance in their lives.

I primarily work with male clients from late adolescence through adulthood who are navigating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, body image concerns, and substance use. I aim to provide a structured, supportive environment where clients can better understand their experiences and develop effective, evidence-based strategies for change.

My approach to therapy

I value a collaborative and goal-oriented therapeutic process, tailored to each individual’s needs and readiness. Clients do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy—often, the first step is simply starting the conversation. I strive to meet each person with professionalism, respect, and a commitment to meaningful, lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting a comprehensive understanding of who you are, your lived experiences, and what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions to learn about your current concerns, personal history, and any goals or changes you would like to work toward.

This initial conversation is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of my approach. Together, we will begin identifying priorities and establishing clear, realistic goals to guide our work.

My aim is to create a structured, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of the therapeutic process and the next steps toward meaningful change.
