Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatrist trained at the University of Washington, where I developed a strong foundation in both evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care.

In our work together, my goal is to create a safe, therapeutic space where you feel heard and supported. Whether we’re exploring therapy, medication, or lifestyle changes, I aim to tailor care to your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in partnership. I see each patient as the expert of their own experience, and my role is to help make sense of what’s happening and offer tools for healing. Sometimes that means medication, sometimes therapy, and often both — but always guided by open communication and shared decision-making. I want patients to feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout their treatment journey.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start by discussing your main concerns and what brings you to the appointment, as well as your goals for treatment. From there, we’ll go over some of your background and any other relevant information that can help us create a personalized treatment plan.
